Founded in 1994 "AROMAROS-M" is the modern manufacturer of flavors and additives for food industry and with an accent on meat products.
"AROMAROS-M" is a young company without rich legacy, but its staff is fully challenged to operate on the Russian market and prove that domestic enterprises are capable of manufacturing products of the European quality level.

The company distinctive feature is utilizing the latest in cutting-edge technologies developed by Russian scientists and new state-of-the-art equipment that allows "AROMAROS-M" to produce versatile taste, color and flavor additives not only matching imported brands, but exceeding them in quality and hygienic safety.
The company mission is based on the three major principles:
- Manufacturing of additives and flavors that deliver processed foods their traditional full-bodied taste and aroma;
- Use of natural and ecologically safe ingredients in manufacturing of versatile taste, color and flavor additives;

Leading-edge analytical and technological equipment, high qualification and considerable work expertise of "AROMAROS-M" specialists matched by close cooperation with scientists of the Moscow State Applied Biotechnology University, N.M. Emmanuel Biochemical Physics Institute and other research establishments enable us to successfully perform the whole work cycle from creation of new food additives to their industrial manufacturing.
In its business "AROMAROS-M" places specific accent on development of standardizing and technical documents on various meat product types. Over the course of recent three years this line of work is maintained by scientists and specialists of the Moscow State Applied Biotechnology University under the guidance of the University Rector, Academician of the Russian Agricultural Sciences Academy I.A. Rogov.
The help and support of the Moscow State Applied Biotechnology University is demonstrated through other forms of cooperation. It's almost five years from now that we conduct joint scientific research for creation of liquid food additives. Based on this research results we designed and endorsed system of additives and flavors, which includes aromatic emulsions and other products. This additives group enjoys great demand not only among meat industry, but in other areas of food manufacturing.
The team of talented of the Russian scientists from 10 masters and bachelors of sciences works in the company.
It constantly allows to investigate and improve various directions in the field of food components and technologies.
Scientific Proceedings: today the company holds 9 activ patents and patent applications.
Our success is highly marked at Russian and international exhibitions.
"AROMAROS-M" participates annually in AGROPRODMASH international exhibitions held in Krasnaya Presnya Exhibition Center of Moscow and is also experienced in participation in specialized exhibitions held abroad, particularly, in Brussels.
